Monday Meal Planning: Feb 4 – 10

Last week’s meal plan didn’t end up going quite as planned. We ended up eating leftovers one or two nights, another night we had some dumplings from the freezer because I didn’t feel like cooking. So there’s some repeats from last week because I’ve still got stuff on hand for them. I’m also trying to eat what we’ve got on hand instead of grocery shopping.
